Refund Policy

We want paying for YabLab to feel safe. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, and this policy is applied by Paddle on our behalf.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

If a subscription doesn’t work out, request a refund within 14 days of the first charge — no questions asked. This applies to your first purchase of a plan.

2. Renewals

Renewal charges can be refunded within 14 days of the renewal date if you haven’t materially used paid features in the new period. Cancel anytime in the app to stop future renewals — access lasts until the end of the paid period.

3. How to request

  • Use the support form in the app profile, or
  • Reply to your Paddle receipt email — Paddle handles refund requests directly.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

4. Founding Member note

Refunding and cancelling a Founding Member subscription releases the locked price; a future re-subscription happens at the then-current prices.
